Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for damaged fragrance products only.
To request a return for a damaged fragrance, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You must provide clear photo evidence of the damage along with your proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at kd@thetoptierman.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: contact us for the address!
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your fragrance arrives damaged or incorrect. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must email clear photo evidence of the damage within 30 days of receiving your order.
Non-returnable Items

eBooks are non-refundable.

Fragrances are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. No exceptions will be made without valid photo proof of the damage.

Refunds
Once your damaged fragrance return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
