KD has been my go-to for male coaching and self-development on YouTube for a while now. He consistently puts out phenomenal, no-nonsense content that’s grounded in experience, not theory. He’s one of the few creators I genuinely trust to deliver value, and I’ve benefited so much from his videos that supporting him by purchasing Body Game Blueprint was a no-brainer. I believe in giving back to those who give real, practical game—and KD does that in spades.
The book is exactly what the title suggests: a blueprint. It distills the key ideas KD’s known for on his channel and packages them into a focused guide for men looking to level up. If you’re already familiar with his content, you’ll recognize a lot of the themes, but here they’re structured and expanded in a way that makes everything click more cohesively. The book also gives you more personal insight into KD himself—his mindset and his story that shapes his perspective.
KD lays everything out through his four foundational pillars, which form the core structure of the book. These pillars reflect the physical, mental, and philosophical groundwork needed to build a better, more capable version of yourself. While some parts of the content can feel a bit surface-level at times, I didn’t mind that much. The book isn’t meant to be a dense manual—it’s a springboard, an accessible playbook to get you moving.
The exercise section was strong. KD provides practical routines that are clearly geared toward function and masculine development. Still, I would have liked to see some photos or diagrams to accompany the movements. Even better would be QR codes or direct links to videos on his channel showing him perform the exercises. That kind of integration would add tremendous value, especially for visual learners.
The meal plan section was solid but a bit light. KD keeps it general, encouraging readers to learn what works for their own bodies instead of prescribing a rigid diet. I respect that approach, even if I personally would’ve liked to see a bit more detail. But again, it aligns with his overall philosophy—he’s teaching you how to think, not just what to do.
The one area I feel needs improvement is the price. At $30, the book feels a bit steep for its length and depth. Don’t get me wrong—I’m happy with the purchase and still glad to support KD, but a price point closer to the $19.99 - $21.99 would probably make the book more accessible without undervaluing his work. There is a Discord that is included. I'm not a Discord guy, but having that included does help to create more value for those that utilize it.
All that said, I do recommend the book—especially to anyone who follows KD or is just getting started on their self-improvement journey. It gives you a firm foundation and plenty to think about, while staying true to KD’s style: direct, purposeful, and grounded in masculine energy. He’s not trying to sugarcoat anything, and that’s exactly why his message hits so hard.
If you’ve benefited from KD’s content, buying this book is a solid way to support his mission. It delivers great insight, useful structure, and a personal connection to the man behind the message. Yes, the price could be adjusted, and yes, there’s room to expand—but as a first book and a companion to his YouTube presence, it delivers.
Highly recommended.
